Once you are found eligible through a one-on-one consultation or digital assessment, TalentVisa provides you with a clear set of Action Items tailored to your profile. This ensures we can confirm that you have a genuine chance of success before moving forward.

Only after this stage, and once we are confident in your eligibility, we will invite you to enter into a formal Immigration Service Agreement. This agreement sets out all details of the process – scope of work, timelines, and transparent fees – so you know exactly what to expect at every step of your migration journey.

Migration process for eligible clients

After your initial consultation or digital assessment, you will receive a personalised list of Action Items. These steps may include improving your profile or identifying the most suitable visa pathway – sometimes that means a student visa or another option that gives you the best control and chance of success.

Only once we confirm together that you have a strong likelihood of success, we will invite you to proceed with a formal Immigration Service Agreement. This agreement outlines the scope of work, timelines, and transparent fees before any application is prepared or lodged.

When you proceed with Full Representation, this service involves:

• Building a clear strategy and timeline for your case
• Providing a tailored checklist and guidance on evidence
• Reviewing your documents and giving detailed feedback
• Completing and lodging all forms and legal submissions
• Communicating with Immigration Authorities on your behalf
• Handling post-lodgement requests until a decision is made

Following this consultation, you will receive a written Agreement for Services and Fees, setting out exactly what we will do for you and the costs involved – with no surprises.
