Initial consultation fees are payable in advance. A transaction fee, included in the consultation price, is applicable to all payments. We will email you a copy of your receipt once the payment is processed.
We can look at rescheduling your appointment to another time if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
As some case research may take place before your scheduled appointment, we do not offer full refunds for cancelled appointments. However, we take exceptional circumstances beyond your control into consideration thus we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Typically, cancellations incur a $30 penalty fee, plus payment processing fees.
For example, if a user mistakenly books the wrong date, the cancellation fee would still apply, as there is administrative and system management work involved in handling both the booking and the cancellation.
If you are late to your appointment you may not receive the full 60-minutes consultation with our Register Migration Agent. If you don’t attend your appointment, your consultation fee is forfeited, and you will need to pay the fee again should you wish to reschedule.
